Buying my first home was a scary process.  I started looking alone and kept getting deterred because the process itself can be extremely daunting.  Once Amy started helping me, I finally felt like I was on track.  Not only did she know the area I was looking in extremely well (West Town, Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park, Bucktown), but working with her genuinely felt like she wanted me to find a place I liked and that met all my requirements.  She never pressured me into changing my budget or wish list.  Working with Amy didn’t feel like I was someone’s commission, but rather with a friend who wanted me to find my perfect home.

Our first time buying a home and Lina was amazing through the whole process. She is very professional, punctual, and client-centered – responsive to any and all types of communication. We were very impressed by her organization skills and negotiation skills when it came down to making an offer. She also was very prompt and immediately was able to get us into showing.
